What does a bed cost here?
It depends on the system and the size, but we will be honest about the order of magnitude: a complete bed system from the brands we carry starts in the low thousands of euro and reaches considerably higher in the upper, bespoke collections. In the showroom we give you the exact figure for the model you have just tried, without circling it.
Do I need an appointment to try?
Not strictly: from Tuesday to Saturday you can walk in and lie down. But there is only one bed room, and the right hour to try is the one with nobody else in it. Send a WhatsApp message and we keep it free.
How long can I lie on a mattress?
As long as you need. The body settles in twenty to thirty minutes: a shorter try tells you very little. We leave you alone, and you are welcome to bring your own pillow.
Do you make non-standard sizes?
Yes, and it is a significant part of our work: attics, period apartments, boats, rooms that ignore catalogue dimensions. Beds, mattresses, headboards and bases can all be built to the room's real measurements.
Do you deliver and assemble? Do you take the old mattress?
Yes to both. We deliver and assemble in the bedroom across Milan and province, and remove the mattress and base we are replacing. Outside the area and abroad we arrange shipping case by case.
Can a mattress at this level be refurbished?
In most cases yes, and it is one of the reasons it costs what it does. They can be re-covered, the fillings refreshed, parts replaced. Always ask this before buying, from us or anyone else: it changes the real cost per night.
Do you work with architects and interior designers?
For three generations. We hold trade pricing, sample books, technical data and contract certifications, and give you one contact from the first sample to installation.
Do you supply hotels?
Yes, complete rooms: bed system, headboard, curtains and coordinated textiles under a single specification. The in-house workshop lets us control lead times, which on a hotel site is the most critical variable of all.
Do you still make curtains and upholstery?
It is the craft we began with in 1960 and we never left it. Survey, design, making in the workshop and installation. Also conservative restoration of period upholstery and antique textiles.
Where exactly are you?
Via Gaudenzio Ferrari 9, in central Milan, between Sant'Ambrogio and Corso Genova. Metro M2 Sant'Agostino is five minutes on foot, trams 2, 3 and 14 stop at Piazza XXIV Maggio, buses 50 and 58 pass nearby.
